Kathie is a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with nearly 30 years of experience in orthopedics, rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Kathie received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions in 1991 and completed a Sports Medicine Internship at Harvard University. She was a Regional Physical Therapy Supervisor at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and served as a Physical Therapist for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Sports Medicine Boston and Mt. Auburn Hospital. Between 2012 and 2016, she volunteered to mentor and train Physical Therapists in third-world countries including Ethiopia, Vietnam and St. Lucia.

Kathie has extensive knowledge in treating back, neck, shoulder and knee injuries, and specializes in transitioning her clients from rehabilitation to strength and conditioning. As a former professional figure skater and avid skier, runner, and golfer, Kathie understands there is no “one-size-fits-all” program or approach to treating an injury—so, she is dedicated to helping each client according to their specific needs, abilities, lifestyle and goals.
